After 3 months without activity,
since mid-March, we finally have some good news. With great enthusiasm, we can
announce the reopening of PalaciosRooms, from June 15. This means that part of
our apartments will be operative for all of you and, of course, this is good
news. But, how can we open to our guests in complete safety? SingularStays have
also thought about this. During the last few weeks we have been working hard on
a safety plan with a series of hygiene and disinfection measures.
What does this
‘Disinfection Plan’ mean? The plan describes how our apartments are cleaned,
what we expect from our staff and what we expect from you, our guests. The aim
is to work in the safest and most hygienic way possible. The plan will be in
each of our apartments.
Below, we detail
the 13 measures that we are responsible for:
- Daily temperature record
- Detailed information about safety
- Spaced check out and check in
- Professional disinfection
- Use of special Disinfectants
- Building Ventilation
- Disinfection of access elements to the apartments
- Preventive maintenanceRisk-free utensils
- Towels and bed linen
- Own kit for our staff
- Wardrobe
- Textile reduction
What all these measures stand for, is written in the plan, which will be shared as soon as possible.
Your help is also very important, and that is why we are setting up 8 other measures: permanent communication, reporting us if you have symptoms, auto check in system, health set, advices during the stay, security distance, disinfectant carpets and advices during your visit to the city. Soon there will be some more information about this.
