General Booking Conditions<\/h2>\r\nThe present General Booking Conditions (hereafter General Conditions) will govern the commercial relationship that arises between ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL and the user or customer for the contracting carried out through the forms that ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL makes available on its https:\/\/singularstays.com<\/a>.\r\n\r\nBooking through the websites of ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL will imply the express acceptance, by the customer or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for the navigation of the user through the pages owned by ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL.\r\n\r\nThese conditions will be applied without prejudice to the application of the legal norms on the matter that are applicable for each case.\r\n\r\nThe General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, especially, Law 7\/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contracting, Law 3\/2014, of March 27 by which the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users is modified, the current and applicable regulations on Personal Data Protection, Law 7\/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Management, and Law 34\/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.\r\n\r\nACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Such modifications may be carried out, through its websites, by any legally admissible form and will be of mandatory compliance during the time they are published on the web and until they are not validly modified by subsequent ones. However, ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Particular Conditions of Contracting with preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.\r\n

Information Prior to Booking <\/span><\/h3>\r\nACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL informs that the booking process through its web pages is detailed in the corresponding section for the formalization of the booking.\r\n\r\nLikewise, ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL informs that the user can have access to the conditions of use that it has on the same web.\r\n\r\nBy booking with ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL through its website, the user or client expressly states to know, understand, and accept these conditions of use and the General Conditions. However, ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the offers that are offered to its customers through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. Thus, the products and\/or services offered at each moment by the ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL website will be governed by the General Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the faculty to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the mentioned products and\/or services.\r\n

Price indication.<\/span><\/h4>\r\nEach possible booking offered will have its price indicated and whether or not it includes VAT or any other tax that, if applicable, is applicable. The prices indicated on the screen will be those in force at any time except for typographical error. When the price is different for the reason mentioned above, ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL will communicate it to the client, via e-mail, before proceeding with the charging of the booking.\r\n

Availability.<\/span><\/h4>\r\nThe availability of the offers offered by ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Despite the fact that ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL updates the database periodically, the booking requested by the client could be complete at that time. In such a case, the corresponding debit and re-credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.\r\n\r\nHowever, if the purchase had been indeed made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that will be obligated against ACCOMODATUM GESTION Y SERVICIOS SL to compensate for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.\r\n

Booking cancellation.<\/span><\/h3>\r\nIn case of booking cancellation by the client, the cancellation will be free of charge up to 30 days before the booking, i.e., SingularStays will charge 1 night of the booking, 30 days before arrival. This penalty is detailed in the description of each accommodation and also in the booking confirmation email. The booking cancellation must be requested by email to reservas@singularstays.com<\/a>\r\n\r\nCancellations will always be communicated in writing, by e-mail.\r\n\r\nIn the event that, due to force majeure, the reserved apartment is not available, our company will offer accommodation with identical features. If no alternative could be offered, the booking will be canceled, and the amount paid as a booking fee will be refunded.\r\n

Booking Modification<\/span><\/h3>\r\nChanges to bookings are always subject to availability and the maximum capacity of the specific property. In case the change involves an increase in the price of the booking, such increase must be paid.\r\n\r\nIn case the change involves a reduction in the price of the booking, for the refund of the amounts, it will be treated as a cancellation. To modify a booking, you must send an email to reservas@singularstays.com<\/a>, attaching the copy of the email you received when confirming the booking.\r\n
